Getting involved at church is such a big part in not only establishing roots but also in our Christian walk. "As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead." James 2:26. What this means in basic terms is Faith = Salvation = Works. When we give our lives to Christ we are supposed to give Him everything.
